When is the cut off time?
It's always best to order as early as possible and if your order is placed by 4 pm, we can send your order out for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 4 pm, will only be processed the next day and will be delivered the day after. If you order after 4 pm on Friday, during the weekend or on a bank holiday, your order will be processed on Monday (or the next working day). You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week throughout the year. Need your order sooner? Don't worry. We also offer a range of special delivery options for orders places online.

Do we have a minimum order quantity?

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us on 01432 263598 or firstname.lastname@example.org. As we process all orders immediately after confirmation, make sure you contact us as soon as possible to prevent your order being processed and despatched.
I have received an incorrect item or there is something missing from my order, what can I do?
If you received an incorrect item or anything is missing from your delivery, please 01432 263598 or email@example.com and we will look into what has gone wrong. If we are unable to locate your items we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Can you get specific temporary protection materials that aren't listed?

Can we guarantee next morning / next day delivery?
Of course. Next day delivery comes as standard with us. If you place your order before 4 pm, we can deliver your products the next day. For orders placed online over £150 and offline orders over £250, next day delivery before 5 pm comes free. Need your order before noon or on a Saturday? We offer a range of special delivery options. How much is carriage paid?
£150 excluding VAT for orders placed online.

I want to order for our branch abroad. Do you also deliver to international and non-mainland UK addresses?
Yes, we are experienced in off-shore and international deliveries. Please email us or call us on 01432 263598 (International +44 1432 263598 ) to request a quotation and lead time.
What if I am not happy with the products or service received?
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept used merchandise, unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.
