Waste Disposal
The comprehensive range of Proguard waste disposal sacks and bags are suitable for both general day-to-day waste or specific waste removal such as asbestos. Many of our bags and sacks can be produced in a bespoke colour and printed with company logo and brand, please call 01432 263598 for more information.
Asbestos bulk bags are suitable for smaller pieces of material containing asbestos and are larger than asbestos rubble bags. These asbestos disposal bags meet the requirements of the landfill areas for waste that contain asbestos and can be disposed of underground. Our asbestos bags are UN approved. They are FIBC bulk bags certified to 1000kgs SWL with a safety factor of 6:1 and supplied with a filling skirt and are poly-lined for security. Asbestos can be found in many buildings mainly in insulation, lagging and fire retardant materials and has deadly consequences including various types of cancer. The mineral exists in very thin fibres and it disseminates in the air with ease – this is what makes asbestos removal a necessity.
