Customer Experience Executive

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience

SUMMARY

This position involves delivering 5* customer service to all of Beck Group customers at every contact point. The role will also include increasing revenue for the business through quotation, upselling/cross selling, quotation conversion & sales through service.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process customer orders via phone/email/website in an accurate and timely manner to maintain the  companies exception response times
  • Resolving and finding solutions to customer issues/concerns within time constraints
  • Liaising with couriers and hauliers to meet/exceed customer delivery expectations
  • Working along side the business development team to help with customer follow ups, regular service checks and winning new business
  • Account management of smaller accounts to include pricing, service checks, upselling and product knowledge
  • Achieve a daily high level of data entry/order entry accuracy
  • Working closing with the purchasing team to monitor stock levels/lead times on bespoke products.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  •  Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to build relationships/repour with customers
  • Previous use of CRM systems
  • KPI driven

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in telesales/internal sales
  • Use of Front (customer operations platform)
  • Understanding of Margin % within sales
  • Experience with courier/haulage portals

Location: Hereford HR2

Working Hours: 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday

Salary Range: 30k-32k DOE
